RETURNS and EXCHANGES

- We offer a refund within 10 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or have scents (including perfumes) will not qualify for a refund and may be refused.
- For returns, please email our customer service at hello@labrisafashion.com and briefly explain the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will handle the entire return process from our side. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be returned to your card.
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges
- The customer can cancel their order within 2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us for up to 7-14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Sale item(s) CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues. We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the styles, please reach out to customer services before placing your order
